When we are not the right fit
We would rather tell you this now than three months into an implementation. There are situations where a ready platform is the wrong answer:
- Your differentiation is the booking flow itself. If your product is a genuinely novel way of searching or pricing travel, you should build that, not configure it.
- You need deep customisation of core search logic. We customise a great deal, but rewriting the search engine's internals defeats the point of a ready platform.
- You have one supplier and simple needs. If you sell one product from one supplier, a supplier-provided white-label may cost you far less than we will.
If any of those describe you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly. A bad-fit client is worse for us than no client.
