What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This policy covers https://www.genxesolutions.com, operated by GenX eSolutions Pvt Ltd. It describes what we do with information you give us through this website. It does not cover the Travzilla platform itself, which is governed by your service agreement.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact or quote form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, business type, country, the modules you selected, and anything you write in the message field. We collect this because we cannot answer an enquiry without it.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address only.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites we record standard server log data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use this for security monitoring, rate limiting and diagnosing faults.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymisation enabled. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to distinguish people from bots; Turnstile is designed not to profile visitors across sites.
What we do with it
- Respond to your enquiry or quote request
- Send you the newsletter, if you asked for it
- Protect the site and its forms from abuse
- Understand which content is useful, in aggregate
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Enquiry data is handled by our sales team and stored in our internal systems.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case retention is governed by your service agreement. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us. To make any of these requests, email sales@genxesolutions.com.
If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies: an antiforgery cookie required for form security, and Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement. The antiforgery cookie is strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without breaking the forms.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are processed server-side with antiforgery protection and rate limiting, and we apply a restrictive content security policy. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the obvious precautions seriously.
